Hi! I'm Brittni! I wear all of the hats here at Photography By Brittni Marie, no seriously, I wear ALL of the hats! I have an entire wall dedicated to my hat collection! I am an Editorial Storytelling Wedding Photographer based in the Metro Detroit area.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and do most of my photography out of Southeast Michigan, but I do travel worldwide! (Please pack me in your suitcase for your destination wedding!) 

I am a self confessed love story addict! THIRTEEN years ago I photographed my first wedding and I haven't looked back since! Each couple has a beautifully unique story and it's my job to learn it and capture the true essence of their story.

When I photograph your wedding, I am looking for all of the little moments that make your day special. Of course, I get the traditional poses with family and bridal party, but the rest of the day I watch and wait for all the little memories to unfold. I consider my style true to life storytelling with an editorial flare. The photos you get from your wedding will tell the story of your day and hold all the moments big and small that make your day special. 

So what sets me apart from other photographers? I would say Connection! If you are looking for a photographer who will not only invest their creative vision but will also be someone you can connect with then I am your girl! You spend most of your day with your photographer. Hiring someone who you connect with that makes you feel comfortable will make your day so much better!
